Operational Team Leader in Sweeping & Ventilation

Are you a driven, structured, and humble person with a positive attitude? Do you enjoy leading others and want to take the next step in your career? We are now looking for an operational team leader for our client in the sweeping & ventilation industry.

About the Position

In the role of operational team leader, you will have overall responsibility for leading and ensuring the daily operations of the business. You will be responsible for planning/logistics, distribution of tasks, follow-up, and results in collaboration with others in the management team. The position also involves daily contact with our customers in both small and larger projects. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to take initiative and maintain order even when there is a lot to do.

Your Background and Experience

• Previous experience in leading and mentoring others
• Sales experience and accustomed to working with customer contact
• It is an advantage if you have a background in sweeping or ventilation
• A valid B driver's license for manual vehicles is required
• Good computer skills
• You are structured, humble, and have a drive to constantly improve

The employment is a hire-recruitment, which means that for the first 6 months you will be employed directly by us at Nordic Bemanning, after which you will transition to our client after the probationary period.

• Location: Enköping, travel to nearby locations is frequently required in the job.
• Working hours: Weekdays 7-16
